The Group
The Computer Engineering group was one of five research groups at TIK. It was dissolved following the retirement of Prof. Lothar Thiele. Our research and teaching activities concentrated on design, engineering methodologies, and tools for networked embedded systems and software.
In particular we have been active in the following areas:
- design and implementation of wireless sensor networks,
- performance analysis of distributed real-time systems,
- design and performance analysis of multi-processor systems, and
- energy harvesting for general and transient systems.
